DMM Sector – Security Gate Room

Project Details:

This project comprises the construction of the Security Gate Room Facility for the DMM Sector at SANS – Dammam Airport. The scope of work includes: Civil Works: foundations, structural elements, concrete works, finishing, and all associated site activities. Architectural Works: internal and external finishes, partitions, suspended ceilings, façade treatments, and architectural enhancements. Infrastructure Works: integration with existing utilities and networks in accordance with SANS and airport standards. MEP & Special Systems: electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, low-current systems, access control, CCTV, Fire alarm and all required airport-compliant systems. Specialized Openings: installation of fire-resistant and bullet-proof doors and windows designed to meet aviation security requirements. Infrastructure Enhancement: upgrading and integrating the new facility to strengthen SANS operational readiness and security performance in DMM Sector. External Landscaping: hardscape and softscape works surrounding the facility to ensure functional and aesthetic integration with the airport environment.
