Project Details:
The project involves extending the SCCT Port canteen yard by 1,500 m² to increase storage capacity and improve operational efficiency. Scope includes earthworks, dewatering, reinforced concrete structure, MEP works, and infrastructure integration. Key activities: Earthworks & Dewatering: Site leveling, excavation, and groundwater control RC Works: Heavy-duty concrete pavements and foundations MEP: Electrical works, storm drainage, and utility trenches Infrastructure: Connection to existing networks, signage, and safety provisions The extension is designed to align with SCCT’s operational standards and future capacity needs.
