Renovation Of SGP Academy
- Client :Saudi Global Ports
- Scope of work :Complete removal of existing internal partitions, flooring, wall finishes, ceiling tiles, and obsolete MEP infrastructure.
Project Details:
This project involves transforming the existing port clinic, approximately 1,700 m², into a state-of-the-art Training Academy to serve the operational and professional development needs of Saudi Global Ports staff. Scope of Work: Complete removal of existing internal partitions, flooring, wall finishes, ceiling tiles, and obsolete MEP infrastructure. Interior Layout & Space Planning: Redesign and partitioning to create functional training halls, classrooms, simulation rooms, meeting spaces, breakout areas, administrative offices, and rest areas. Finishes & Aesthetic Upgrades: High-grade vinyl and tile flooring, acoustic ceiling panels, and modern wall finishes. New façade cladding using high-durability architectural panels to modernize the building appearance. Upgrading of outdoor landscaping, including paving, greenery, shaded sitting areas, and designated rest zones. Location: King Abdel Aziz - Dammam Port Timeline: Completed by 10 weeks
